Kneaded by the Meilleur Ouvrier de France baker Frédéric Lalos with extra virgin olive oil produced in Tuscany by Daniele Lepori, focaccia has been excitingly updated. It’s the newest culinary phenomenon from Italy to be hot in France.
Focaccia with rosemary, cumin, dried tomatoes, or poppy… this famous Italian bread, toasted with a little oil on it to add that extra touch of crispness, lends itself to any desire, however Raffinata. Try it with dried tomatoes, tuna belly, a hint of lemon or Authentica, with buffalo mozzarella, artichoke hearts, basil and a mesclun mixed salad.
Traditional recipes and several with a twist, it’s no wonder that focaccia has taken the capital by storm, but Slo Focaccia offers the essential flavours of the moment.
This épicerie is committed to respect for the environment and strives to showcase the gustatory qualities of its products in simple yet elegant ways. And that's probably what makes all the difference.
