Francette, a gourmet escape with a view of the Eiffel Tower

Categories : Eating, Lifestyle, published on : 6/4/26

Three Unique Atmospheres on the Water

Francette unfolds across three levels, each with its own distinct character. Up top, a panoramic rooftop to enjoy a drink at sunset with the Eiffel Tower as your backdrop. At the heart of the boat, an elegant dining room where French cuisine takes centre stage. And below deck, an intimate wine bar with a warm, hushed atmosphere, the perfect place to let the evening linger.

A Committed Approach to Cuisine

At the helm, chef Marie Pacotte crafts seasonal dishes from carefully sourced ingredients. No trawl-caught fish, no endangered species. Meat comes exclusively from French farms, and most fruit and vegetables are grown with respect for the environment. Francette also works with Atypique, a company that rescues organic produce rejected by conventional supply chains — a way of bringing both purpose and pleasure to the table.

Recognition for Positive Impact

The restaurant has just been awarded its second Écotable macaron, a label dedicated to sustainable dining. This distinction recognises concrete action: waste management, carbon footprint reduction, local sourcing, working conditions. A genuine commitment, as visible in the kitchen as it is on the floor.

Francette is open daily from 12 p.m. to 1 a.m. Don’t hesitate to share your experience with our team at the reception when you return.
