Do you enjoy a good beer? How about brewing your own; creating a bespoke beer that is just the way you like it?
Just a few steps away from the Hotel Fabric you can discover La Beer Fabrique (The Beer Factory). This Parisian beer brewing workshop offers you the opportunity to learn how to design your own beer, alone, in pairs or in groups, using fine quality ingredients such as malted barley, choice hops and fragrant spices.
From brewing to bottling, the four hours of the workshop are, of course, punctuated by tastings. Having created your artisan beer, you can then have the bottles labelled with your name. But you won’t want to leave without first making a detour by the cellar to perfect your knowledge of other Parisian, French and European beers such as La Parisienne, Gallia and Goutte d'Or. Bottle your brewing potential!
