Mr T, the trendy new restaurant in Haut Marais

An open kitchen, terrazzo bar, wooden chairs and tables, white stone walls carved by the street artist Vassilis Karatzas, hip hop and soul of the 1990s on the soundtrack ... Welcome to the world of Mr T, aka Tsuyoshi Miyazaki, the chef with the woollen hat perched on his head, who likes to mix unexpected flavours in his uninhibited and laughing approach to freely expressive gastronomy. His salad in shades of red, Betterave, Framboise et Gorgonzola (Beetroot, Raspberry and Gorgonzola), has already become a signature dish.
Another whirl of colours, textures and tangy flavours, the crispy corn tortilla, squid, tomatoes and avocado, is not far behind in terms of creativity and already has its followers. Inspired by Oreo cookies, the chef makes his own chocolate wafers, but instead of cream he fills them with sweet and sour foie gras. Offering everything from comfort food to gourmet delights, here at last is the address that the neighbourhood was missing.
