PNY Marais, the one in SoMa

The terrace: a small corner of Brooklyn on the Parisian cobblestones, even if the shades of pink and green of this beautiful new restaurant are actually inspired by beautiful Miami style. Anyway, on this terrace with a few tables facing the Carreau du Temple, we see immediately that the East Coast has the advantage.

And on the plate: a 'Big Mac Tribute' where the sauce is redone, with excellent bread and cheese and a fine and delicious steak filling, a ‘Return of the Cowboy", Ponclet beef, cheddar matured for 9 months, bacon, onions and BBQ sauce, and the ‘Atomic’ veggie burger, with cooked Portobello mushrooms and cheddar matured for nine months, all smothered in PNY sauce. All are served with hand cut fries that are simply perfection. An American style Yum! JR.
