Salon Fantastique & Japan Party 2026 in Paris

Categories : Exhibition, Lifestyle, published on : 5/21/26

A fully immersive weekend from Hotel Fabric

Fans of imaginary worlds and Japanese culture have already marked their calendars. In May 2026, Paris will host a unique event: the combined edition of the Salon Fantastique and Japan Party. From May 23 to 25, the Parc Floral will become the stage for a hybrid experience blending heroic fantasy and Japanese pop culture.

A truly extraordinary event to fully enjoy… especially when staying at Hotel Fabric, ideally located for easy access to the venue.

Two worlds, one immersive experience

At first glance, these two universes seem to have little in common. On one side, medieval fantasy: shining armor, legendary creatures, magical realms, and epic quests inspired by literature and role-playing games.

On the other, the contemporary energy of Japan: manga, anime, cosplay, martial arts, and traditional cuisine. Two strong cultural worlds that, when brought together, create a spectacular playground in the heart of the Bois de Vincennes.

The 2026 edition marks a turning point with a fully merged program, allowing visitors to freely move between traditional Japanese workshops, medieval demonstrations, and exhibitions of figurines and collectible items. A visit that breaks away from the usual conventions format.

Three days of entertainment and discovery

A large exhibition space dedicated to creators

More than 400 exhibitors are expected: artists, illustrators, authors, artisans, and independent creators. For the occasion, the Parc Floral transforms into a vibrant creative village where unique pieces, limited editions, and handmade creations come together, delighting both seasoned collectors and curious visitors.

A rich and continuous program

There is never a dull moment: cosplay competitions, public fashion shows, themed conferences, martial arts demonstrations, K-pop performances, and gaming areas will punctuate the three-day event.

Participatory workshops also offer opportunities to explore various artistic and cultural practices in an accessible and inclusive atmosphere.

Food offerings in line with the experience

On-site dining extends the immersion: Japanese specialties, medieval-inspired dishes, and themed street food create an eclectic culinary offering. A welcome break between activities and performances.
