A Third Address from the Terra Crew
In the heart of the Marais, just steps from Place de la République, the trio of friends—Arthur, Alexandre, and Robin—are the creators of Terra Wine Bar, their third Parisian venue, a few years after Chez Nous and just around the corner from its older sibling, Terra, which opened in 2018. Their philosophy: to celebrate sharing, conviviality, and a passion for wine and gastronomy.
A Culinary Experience at the Heart of the Kitchen
Dining at Terra Wine Bar means sitting right in the kitchen, around a large communal counter. Chef Oscar Verlant offers delicate and creative dishes to share, reflecting the seasons and market arrivals. Flavors come together in subtle harmony: grilled leeks with gorgonzola, or dorade ceviche with coconut milk, mango, and passion fruit, and desserts such as succulent figs paired with Breton shortbread, honey siphon, and lemon-port condiment. Each dish follows the chef’s inspiration and tells a story, blending finesse, boldness, and simplicity.
A Lively and Limitless Wine Selection
Beyond the table, Terra Wine Bar is a true sanctuary of wine. The menu, generous and free-spirited, highlights winemakers and their terroirs. The cuvées mingle without distinction of style or region, as long as they reflect the sincerity and passion of the producers. Highlights include the 2016 Tavel Vintage from Domaine de l’Anglore in Bandol, or wines from Domaine d’Achilée in Alsace, already introduced to Paris at the Chez Nous wine bar. Each bottle becomes an encounter, a dialogue between producer, wine, and guest.
Raw Yet Welcoming Décor
Designed by Atelier JMCA, the décor balances simplicity and authenticity. Raw wood, natural materials, and soft lighting create a warm space where the open kitchen stands out as the living heart of the restaurant. With 35 seats, the bar offers an intimate and convivial setting, perfect for savoring every moment.
